Although I am on my way to cover the World Synchronized Skating Championships in Boston – there is another bunch of skaters closer to home putting on their own show.
The Hamilton Skating Club turns 75 and is hosting an ice show that will be remembered for the next 75 years. I ran into pair skater Dylan Moscovitch who along with partner Kirsten Moore-Towers is performing and really looking forward to it. Along with this amazing pair are World bronze medallist from Spain Javier Fernandez and one of my perennial favourites: Shawn Sawyer!
All I can tell you is that I wish I was going to be back in time – it’s going to be a great show and I am sorry to be missing it.
